This week the BMV, Mexican Stock Exchange, published the news HOMEX would be welcomed back into Trading after fulfilling all the requirements imposed in the re-structuring post BK procedures. After discontinued trading in the Mexican Stock Exchange since Feb 2014, it is extraordinary news that the stock price will again be quoted throughout the trading day on the official BMV.

There is an indirect similar correlation to the ADRs traded in the U.S. under DHOXQ. I observed DHOXQ in the U.S. moving in a similar direction as the HOMEX quotes on the BMV website (20 minute delay.) Today, Friday October 23, 2015 was Day 1 of Trading for the new re-structured company after the financial crisis that hit the homebuilders in Mexico a few years back, following the new regulations implemented on government credit subsidies for homebuyers in that country. Before the crisis, Homex was one of the top 3 homebuilders in Mexico. Hopefully, we are now at the ground floor to benefit from the "rebirth" of this company.

According to the requirements of the BMV to re-start trading, the Homex restructuring agreement is now published on the BMV site, together with the Financial Statements of the 2 first quarters of 2015.

Once on the BMV official website, Click on any of the light blue horizontal tabs, and you may find valuable information. General navigating data is in English, details are in Spanish.

The official company website for Homex is at http://www.homex.com.mx and holds additional information. However, the BMV site has the latest official Mexican Stock Exchange information.
