It's a tiny O/S on this one and a clean shell from what I can gather. You can see from looking at how this trades in the trips and from looking at the ask side that it's a thin trader. Many trips have 10s or 100s of millions available at each tick but NNSR truly has hardly anything for sale down here, and as you noted lots if not all of the blocks on the ask are short sales. If for whatever reason this continues to attract more and more volume, it pretty obviously can fly. IMO
