1-$SNET-- almost no mining companies ever compete phase 1. It appears based on my DD that not only did SNET complete 2 separate parts of phase 1 but they also completed phase 2 on the first 34 claims at Eldor for REE's in Aug/Sept They must be getting close to moving toward Phase 3- or the actual Mining! JV deal or selling parts/claims for revenues? The filing and NI43-101 indicate the involvement and assistance through Plan Nord- of the Quebec government and a PR from last year indicated that SNET management met with members of the U.S. government to talk about REE's. 200 mil float. Testing 52 week lows and bouncing ready for for move to ma50 and break.
2- $SNXG- alert at the break of .0005 as CEO announced merger deal to close by end of Sept 2015 and leaving the company shell PROFITABLE by this month Oct 2015. Awaiting the next update but the technicals all turned into buy signals with excellent accumulation, WM, ADX and the hit of trip 7 and break of trip 7 would break the Ich Cloud. The only test after is .0011/.0012 and then it can easily run to blue skies. 300-350mil float est. the par flips at .0008 also. 3- $CRVG- alert as Don Steinberg took over this shell with great SS and announced he will be merging in the MCOA. MJ comaony of America - he is in process with FINRA of getting name change, cusip and likely the transfer agent docs needed completion. 4- $BABL - Excellent DD discovered on the USPTO website proving BABL working with x-deal to officially trademark and register Bud-x and cannabis-x as well as several other MJ crowd buying portals. They have already secured the patents and recent discovery of their website and hosting revealed they have 1400+ mail servers and a tonnage of new product being downloaded daily onto the website, Expecting first fundamental with in the next two weeks of a sunbiz filing in FL to go current and then followed by 2 financials. With 78 mil float that was recently validated- this will move from .002 to .01 on the first minor filing. Almost no shares anymore under .002. Accumulation sky high. This merger has been underway for a year and DD now exists on the board showing the proof of the INTENDED USE copyright issues on 10/6/2015. Boom.
5- SLIO - no surprise here that this shell is benefitting from an excellent SS without any substantial deals. This shell is virtually clean - it has convertible debts but nothing coming due I'm the immediate term of note. This has been tested for a week now and there are no dilutors on box. Retail has moved this to .0003X.0004 with ease. The company CEO was rumored to be looking for a new company direction over the summer. That would be fantastic news if they announce a new acquisition. The break of .0005 flips the psar but the accumulation trends here are excellent already. Who knew they already finished phase 2 of their REE mining project in Quebec! check the NI-43-101.
6- XTRM - something is definitely going on as they changed their website with excellent tupgrade and the new bio mass product for sale! Hit the bottom call at .0013x .0014. Check that board for my DD. The V's have been buying up shares with Puma every few days or so and they have moved this on no posting or pump to .0022x.0024. 7- CHIT-- this company just fell from multi pennies to sub penny over two weeks of admitted Comoany dilution. rumor has it, dilution is almost done and this launch of www.budspace.com will be epic. This SS will end up around 400mil o/s -- the more you DD - the more you see that this is headed well over a penny again and will test it a few times before it goes for good.
HONORABLE MENTION
****IHSI - the decision by management here to increase a/s instead of the r/s was very intriguing for this .0001 lotto pick. Last time high volume moved it to .0004. The fully reporting QB company has deals with Honeywell-(NYSE) and had revenues in the millions last year. Using their subsidiary AAA Organics - and recently agreed to terms to sell Suncloak MJ grow systems. The right company or or fundamental and this can move again. volume alert.
