The annual 10K is due at any time, and it will have to show subsequent events if they're material. The contract with Walmart Canada is a material event.

If they've closed any other distributors that will be included too.

The reason it's Canada Walmarts is because this is a Canadian company if people were wondering.

The private placement was at 10 cents; so it should get back to that and beyond with this low float... Hoping the 10K is great.
