As you may or may not have noticed, I step in as Interim CEO to facilitate deals like this, and I am not interested in small deals. I truly feel that EEGI is going to be one of the hottest deals this year.
I cannot talk about the new business or what's merging into it yet, but I can tell you we were looking for something that has shown earnings for a minimum of two years, and is going to show impressive earnings in its first year under the EEGI canopy. In other words, a real, solid company.
Currently we are awaiting a few confirmations and signing final documents, so we expect an announcement to surely be done within a week or maybe two, but it will be impressive so I am looking forward to it.
