I don't find anything in the Annual Report that says Alex resigned her position as Director of Franchise Development in order to concentrate on running the daily business. My recollection is that she moved from CEO to Director of Franchise Development when Budman came in a year ago. That was to focus on the franchising area. Where do you find that she is now running the daily business?

I'm not knocking the company or her, just trying to get my facts straight. I too am long term and haven't sold a share of stock, having averaged down several times over the past years.
