6.39 million float is all bought up, & solidly locked.
We own over 1 MM ourselves alone, & there is at least one more over 1 mm shareholder; all out of those tiny 6,390,000 free shares.
He flashed his 1.3 mm holdings for a few hours at .008; amazingly enough one day; we think just for kicks.
He's also a licensed stock broker, we believe. Go figure. ( 24,586,049 O/S )

What puzzles us is that 5% limit without reporting on Form 13D would be a maximum of 1,229,302 shares based on O/S of 24,586,049. ( We saw 1.3 mm flashed on Ask for .008 that day. )
More research needed...
Maybe that 1/2 of Preferred shares that was changed into common has something to do with it; but that was only 5mm shares 'converted'. Not sure at all without update, & in 2016 we'll get one!
