JIM WEBB EXPECTED TO WITHDRAW FROM PRESIDENTIAL RACE

This comes as no surprise...Webb's "campaign" never took off and fund raising was dismal. He's a very bright guy, but doesn't play well with others and easily becomes prickly - witness the last Dem debate. In my opinion, the highlight of Webb's political career was unseating then-senator George Allen (R), VA's resident bigot - after that, not playing well with others caught up with him and he didn't run for re-election.
