I assume its because the GOV no longer wants unlimited back end reinsurance role

But F and F without an implied guarantee ?

I hold the common and some preferred equity too - I am trying to understand what is it LEW and WH want (other than some cash for deficit purposes)

If it were ONLY the cash for deficit purposes - would not the WH instruct WATT to remove the C ship as soon as BO is into his last fiscal year - and does not care as much and can give priority to what his constituents (white and black) are asking him to do

I do not understand the WH position which is why I thought yesterdays words were negotiation position -- large market seems to think and say otherwise
