Just an educated guess based on many years of watching lode and similar projects. There is no need to take offense or put any stock in anything I say even though I've proven myself to be pretty accurate over the years with lots of bumps along the way. If you don't want to listen to the opinion of a fairly experienced junior mining speculator that's your call. I have made a lot of money from my predictions so telling me to not make them will probably not dissuade me in the slightest.

You have no idea about the grade, mining costs, met recoveries, capital development requirements etc.

Sure I do, you make it sound like it won't be like any mining project in human history. I don't know the exact numbers but they will most likely perform with similar but perhaps slightly higher mining costs than other comparable projects in Nevada and the US. Met recoveries will be 60%+ based on what crush size they determine to be the most economic. The grades mined will be similar to what they have drilled. Or do you not believe in drill results or something? (Obviously you do otherwise you wouldn't have Mexus) They have a fairly large UG zone there that is probably, but not certainly, economic. This is based on a large strike, near surface depth, over .1 oz/t up to a quarter oz grade etc. (Again you're making a similar bet with Mex). Unless they are very incompetent that should, in general, be economic in most places on earth.

Since lode already has a plant and equipment, again, using common sense and experience I can estimate a wide range of the cost. It is obvious it isn't going to cost 100, 50, or even 20 M to put into production. It isn't high enough grade to warrant a mill. They need to drill more and probably do a modest crushing upgrade for the higher grade ore. I think it will work out, the company's geos and techs know more than we do and they have chosen to open the portal and advance.

In my opinion waiting for the "facts" to become public instead of acting in the moment and using common sense is a bad strategy and leads to lots of missed opportunities. I have to ask - why invest or even look at any "unproven" JR that has not put out proven facts, which I take you to mean DFS or greater? Obviously with toNOGOLD and Mexus it seems you're a making a couple predictions yourself. Why not wait two years pay a hundred times for the facts? Why criticize me for doing the same thing?

In this case though I actually agree with you in a way: lode needs to prove itself, which they have not done. If their heap is profitable borrowing and developing the UG will be much easier and the company will be worth a lot more in market cap. It is perhaps ambitious and a bad idea to go underground if they can't reach their open pit targets. They should be profitable and ramping up to 100k instead of floundering around. For the record I agreed 100% with all 3 of your posts so far.

Most message board content is made of people's opinions, so better get used to reading them. Some are wrong, some are right. That's life. There are lots of really smart people online and you can chose to learn from them or not. Over the years I have seen some uncanny crystal balls and their accuracy represents far more than blind luck.
