It doesn't help either that the new website posts news about Gansu Yasheng Industrial, asif we have anything to do with it.

My take is, there is a lot of miscommunication between management and IR. And I'm not saying it's easy.

You can come up with all kinds of reasons why the stock is so depressed. But it is no more than that. Fact is, the whole sector is depressed especially on OTC, so people simply don't care.
I think it is wrong to think of a reason and try to explain reality.
