Maybe Bob didn't profit after 2010, but certainly before....

First he does the old scam trick of doing a forward 6 to 1 split, followed by a 1/500 reverse; followed again by a 1/480 reverse. Someone definitely made some decent cash, while effectively bankrupting shareholders. Do we still not know that legitimate companies do not operate this way?
