Nelson is lobbying for Ohio state tax dollars. Recall that he was a Florida Securities lawyer before he went over to the dark side of Pink Sheet pumping. He has an interesting history with Cyclone and others before July 2007. He is not a tech guy and his sales skills are unknown.

So, Nelson found a new public PS shell to play with. Now he can monetize "emotion about the WHE concept" without the burden of Harry and Frankie's lunacy. Clever. He clearly had this planned for quite some time before he negotiated extracting the WHE from Schoell's collection of interesting (but mostly useless) stuff.

Maybe we should also follow APGRD :o)
