Please do some DD on this so called 'company.' Check the latest quarterly. It's a complete and unmitigated disaster. Classic dirt scam and it has to be close to setting a record for most shares dumped. These shysters always print and dump common shares to pay their bills. They need to attract new marks to dump on but most everyone has wised up to their shady operation!

so, for now, someone is trying to manipulate it with tiny hits on the lower bids. not for long though imo.
