Those so-called "R/S" speculations are ridiculous because FRCN is an non-reporting (OTCNI tier) stock and 99.9% of them have no any R/S risk at all v.s. 99% of the so-called reporting stocks are doing the endless huge OS dilutions and endless huge R/S!

The "Reinstatement" event is very good news for all the FRCN shareholders! FRCN was just upgraded its Nevada status from "Revoked" to "Active" on 09/01/2015! They just filed the annual list on 08/21/2015 (see the link below) and paid both the listing fee and reinstatement fee. They also renewed the business license!
