A lawyer who flouts important rules is disbarred. .. And an accountant who flouts important rules could see his license to account canceled, and could also possibly be imprisoned.



DELISTING would be an appropriate and properly mild punishment for AIVI flouting the SEC requirements for regular and periodic filings . ...... OR IS AIVI above the rules the rest of us MUST follow ?
