I was referring to CEO's alleged ownership of 80% of o/s, unless he is selling his, which would not be a good thing anyway, although there are limits/controls on how much insiders can sell and how quickly. Again, this is predicated on the notion that o/s in this non-reporting company is still 4.4B. I highly doubt it. ss
