Very good news from BMXC! After a long discussion with a representative of BMXC, in effort to get to the bottom of the concerns over today's filing, we are very happy with the situation here. From the representatives mouth, there is no toxic financing at all.
The shares purchased were by insiders, whose full intention is to see the shares grow in value. The shares are in fact, not even in the system, meaning that they are all in certificate form, so they couldn't be sold at all, especially not tomorrow, even if they wanted to. Other shares held by insiders are all restricted, so this bullish combination we are told, has brought us to the incredibly low share structure that we are seeing here.
The conversation that we had, has made us feel much better about the situation at hand here as they seem to be very well meaning in their plans and expectations for shareholders moving forward.
