Yes, heavily diluted. This ridiculous nonsense about there being some standard for the amount of shares for any given OTC pinkie is absolute nonsense. It depends on more than just number of shares. Put the number of shares MRIB has issued in the last 18 months in juxtaposition with their sales and the dilution element is incredible. IF MRIB was making a couple of sales and bringing even a little something in it might be different. The number of shares total is irrelevant and a weak excuse for a bad case of dilution. Margrit and company have diluted the stock from $.05 to virtually zero. Now looking at $.00009. And all of it was with miserable static sales. So if not dilution, what was it? And there's more coming. But it really doesn't matter. MRIB has been out of the vodka business for over a year. It's now just a matter of how much more they can suck out of it, reverse split it so the insiders can have a day or two of profitable exit and then turn the worthless shell over for MRIB 3.0. No different than 2008 but I doubt they will be able to recycle the vodka deal again. Probably be a pot company or some AIDS cure with international implications worth billions.
