I would say that is a reasonable assumption as well as the history. He has never completed one yet for MNVN. I'm not as familiar with EFIR history. But when I read your deal was with a Cell Company without a working phone number, I assumed at that moment there would be no deal. LOI's he seems to be able to do. Closing such deals, not so much.
