After all that has happened with Kang, can you see him getting his hands on Liquidmetal? I think he would be hung in court on several counts.

Is it possible that the 'management' team is dragging it's feet on certification in order to sink the ship so that Kang can salvage the remains, or am I just becoming paranoid about this stock? Perhaps it's no longer possible to raise enough money through dilution, so it's time for them to move on.
