They have clearly shown that they only care about themselves and have no real skin in the game. They know that they can print themselves options whenever they want.

SK has been the CEO for over a DOZEN years and he owns less than 200,000 shares of which 100,000 were exercised OPTIONS that the Shareholders paid for. What is even more of a joke, it was because of a mistake by the Three Stooged leading the company.
