Institution? There are no institutional holders in a grey market penny stock.

And no MM will keep ANY inventory of a penny grey ticker.

I bet this thing could hit a penny with 4 or 5 market buy orders and slam back down to quads or quints with 1 market sell order.

It's what happens on the greys.

Jeff has for all intents and purposes abandoned this thing. He just won't say it because to do so would just be a PITA to deal with the many shareholders suddenly dealing with that reality.
