Yes, they can...
In previous years that sister company transferred the profits to the parent company, roughly $140M per year. Which is the same as paying a dividend.

If they keep doing that after the swap, then the shareholders will also be entitled to a $1/dividend per year. smile
Of course they won't. They will use the cash to ramp up Angel Star and invest in the mining projects. But they could still pay out, say 20%, to the shareholders. Which will give you a very nice dividend. If management has learned anything...

Tbirdman needs to go up there and talk to these people. Get us that quarterly dividend. smile
