It's trading at 3.5% of book. 10x cheaper than SIAF.
Assets validated. One of the safest, and cheapest, stocks around.

Hey Swede, he's got a point. SIAF has been in the toilet as of late. Many investors are ready to flush it down. HERB is so under valued. If they can pull off some kind of a quarterly dividend it will take off.
