The market only decides what some believe the company is worth....and the market is often wrong or misinformed or just plain short sighted. You give the market way to much credit. Otherwise maybe when PCYC was under $2 for so long only to jump in a short time well over $200 ( or many other company's that did similarly) maybe the share price should have been priced way above $2 all the time. But no, the market was wrong...as it often is in the biotech arena as things need approval before the market gives them their due. PPHM will get their due when they get approval....that will be coming soon....very soon from what i hear. People who use the current market share price to determine if a drug works or not are just not too bright.
