Actually, patent protection for Bavi has been calculated to about 2030 to maybe as long as 2035....as they will be granted time extensions due to research and seeking approval and depending on date of final approval granted. And the BBs may have protection way beyond that. So no, the original statement is correct....it is your statement that needs work.
