According to CBIS's Quarterly Report that was released last Friday, on October 8, 2015, CBIS had 1,302,155,296 shares outstanding.

Here is a funny fact I calculated when pondering the question, how many shares is 1.3 Billion plus shares?

Consider that there is 5280 feet per mile, and the average distance between earth and the moon is 238,855 miles, we then know 5280 X 238,855 = 1,261,154,400 feet. Therefore from earth to the moon is approximately 1,261,154,400 feet.

Now consider CBIS's total number of shares ...1,302,155,296 shares. If CBIS's shares were paper share certificates that were 12 inches by 9 inches, and those CBIS share certificates were laid end to end, there are more than enough CBIS share certificates to go from earth to the moon....literally.

Gives new meaning to the phrase, "to the moon!".

And now that CBIS has raised the authorized to 3,000,000,000 shares, there will be enough CBIS shares to reach the moon and return back to earth.
