JcTrades3 my Bad, & correction, it seems the court date to hear this case IR Law suit has been upped to December 7, 2015, not 300 more days from now, so MTVX just might ??? start the new year with a Real Bang so to speak if ?? the SEC wins this case. we shall see soon enough, less the 60-Days to go. IMO


Respondents’ argument about the public
interest is insufficient to warrant reconsidering where to hold the hearing in this matter.
For the foregoing reasons, Respondents’ motion to reconsider the hearing location is
DENIED. Respondents’ unopposed motion to change the hearing date from November 30, 2015,
to December 7, 2015, is GRANTED. The hearing in this matter will begin on Monday,
December 7, 2015, in Washington, D.C.
