Trouble staying on topic?

Liquidity is meaningless if there is no value being created.

The discussion is regarding a necessary EXIT STRATEGY needing to be identified, even multiple exits, to attract real investors. Everything you say is peripheral to that point which you continually & purposely choose to ignore.

Whether the project ultimately succeeds or not is immaterial to the discussion of attracting investors to a project in the first place.

All the noise youre trying to create is a diversion. The RegA+ you keep trying to shove down investors throats is stil la WORK IN PROGRESS!! Historically, Reg A's are notorious for taking forever to go effective with the SEC, among other issues...

The fact you even bring up RegA, as a means to liquidity is making my point... Why bring up RegA and its exemption from registration and its free trading characteristic if not for the fact it creates an EXIT STRATEGY for the investor???

Its clear you havent the experience in the real world of putting meaningful deals together and raising the accompanying capital.. real capital from Angels, VCs Investment banking houses, portfolio managers, High Net worths etc.. I can view lots of your track record online, the numerous one employee companies, the companies where only a few thousand dollars were raised

Look at ADIA, youve been twisted up in that mess for years and years... even now, $50k is sending you into a tailspin!!

Do yourself a favor and debate someone else. I think you know why
