Ok its been along time that I spoke. I had a disagreement with the Chairman plain and simple. I took a huge loss in Jan 2015 but I own shares and have sold none even if others said I've which is totally false.

The 10K will be issued by mid month without a doubt. I just don't see one or 2 people be in totally control. This is a public company and there should be at least 3 to 5 people making the decisions.

I don't consider outside friends being apart of this company with a shady past history.Its the worst thing imo.

If one really wants to know they should want to know what occurred Sept,10 2014 regarding a conversation with a insider I was not apart of however it was recorded by law and the CEO was party to that conversation or that's what I was told. Its my understanding the numbers were inflated or the debt was by millions.

I stated my finding regarding the Shire trial from the USF and without a doubt its factual or I was lied to. Also its clear Shire is looking at TauC3 or that's what my understanding is.

My point if you going to run a public company you run it with total integrity.Yes you take it all the way into the gray but you don't get into the red area.

When one says they have cut ties with the past and then they lie in bed with them the next year makes me shake my head MAZA!
