Many good people working? Can you name three? It doesn't appear that there's anyone other than Margrit. The new CFO/COO has been a ghost not even listing his position on business media after three months. The absence of financials that he had 90 days to get done tells me he's about as real as the last CFO MRIB announced at the beginning of the year. And what of the new marketing firm. Some blockbuster work coming out of Dumb & Dumber after six months. Maybe MRIB could go out and get an old school bus and pick up some homeless gangster rappers for a cross country tour of food banks again.
Face it folks, there are no distributors and there will be none without any sales or marketing support which MRIB doesn't have and an area MRIB has never made any efforts. Dan Senters' employment was a lark. Personally, I think the guy got duped. Regardless, MRIB has made no efforts to sell vodka other than to pump a few small deals that Dan obviously brought in and create a totally fictional tale of international sales. Since he left absolutely nothing has happened and no vodka has been sold. It's been more than a year now.
And where the vodka is made or bottled is important because of the misrepresentation and fraud. MRIB made up a story in order to sell stock. They even dummied up an option to purchase the fictional Wine Plant of Eraskh. And I'm not even sure the vodka is made in Armenia. Why would their BOL records list port of loading as Portugal and Spain? I can crap in a bag, label it MADE IN FRANCE and market it as fancy French manure and then create a web site all about it and I'm sure no one would question it. And where is that second container Gold? The MRIB shipment from December 2014? Doesn't appear on any inventory records. Just another $200K out the door and off to Armenia and a ghost company off the radar of the IRS. And since folks are listing these web sites as proof of anything real can anyone explain why Wine Plant and half their partners are listed as being generated in only the past year and a number of them from Glendale, CA? Seems odd for a company doing business with almost all Armenian partners other than MRIB let alone a company that has been in business 47 years with 172 employees in a village of perhaps 100 women, children and old folks.
MRIB has perpetuated a massive fraud. Pretty simple.
