With regard to financing, it's moving forward but I don't want to disclose where we are in the process. However we are further along today than we have been in the past. It's still moving forward. As far as customer meetings we have had some and have more planned for the immediate future. With respect to a possible joint venture, that is still being pursued. We have hit no roadblocks so far.
