BTW, you didn't say if you think upzs is shipping by air or BOAT.
Big price difference depending which way upzs goes.
But you did indicate no dry ice in your way & BOATS are predominantly the only way that uses a plug in no dry ice reefer container. (Per my conversation today with FedX)

It will take 2 to 4 weeks by BOAT . Plus a wait time in customs.

Anyways, going the way your thinking, upzs still has to pay:

- Trucking from pizza maker to BOAT.
- Shipping cost
- Trucking from BOAT in India to freezer storage.
(upzs could use "Clinisafe Couriers" Trucking in India)

- Cost of freezer storage till pizza gets sold

Of course upzs has to pay the maker of pizza too, which is the only cost (plus profit) that the pizza chains IN India have to pay.

All the other THOUSANDS of dollars in costs that upzs has to pay just to ship pizza is BIG money eating away upzs's profit to NO PROFIT in the end, IMO.
