Wayne says he did a simultaneous Reverse split and an A/S increase. When it is simultaneous, that is exactly the same thing as doing a A/S increase and a R/S. While that seems simple enough, some people have a hard time grasping the concept.

WAYNE INCREASED THE A/S TO TWO TRILLION SHARES AND DID A R/S of one for 500 resulting in an O/S of 13.8M and a A/S of 4 BILLION!

Anyone can do the math.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
