Audacious Assertions & Hint of Things To Come
Over the years our fearless leader has made many bold pronouncements, but never have I seen him string together such audacious claims as heard in the past sixty days. We've been told that in general our little filter can help cure just about any darn malady known to modern medicine with the possible exceptions being Pearsby's annoying pessimism and ProudAmerican's abject ignorance. So from his lips, to our page, here's a brief recap;
1) Reduction of plasma free hemoglobin during complex cardiac surgery
2) We "know" Cytosorb attacks sepsis broadly and reduces inflammatory cytokines
3) We "have data" it removes immunosuppressive cytokines and re-establishes immune response
4) We "have learned" through work with DARPA/others it removes bacterial toxins extremely efficiently
5) We "now know" in animal models we can establish proper leukocyte trafficking and "direct" cells to the immune system to fight infection
6) We "have demonstrated" ability/benefit in the improvement of hemodynamic stability.
7) We "are finding" in a number of cases it helps in reduction of capillary leak syndrome
8) Recent treatments have "confirmed" superior removal of hepatic toxins from blood
9) And last, but not least, we now have Dengue fever squarely in our sights
Truly amazing stuff. The applications seem endless. The great minds at Zacks have us losing money through
2018. No matter. I say bring on the good news through coming three quarters and beyond, have a healthy shelf registration of 2-million shares in May/June at $16.00-$20.00 and put the pedal to the floor.
