I vote for corruption within the FAA or sabotage, they could have rendered a decision at this point.

I am re-reading that DOT filing, it has several wrong dates. Like a signature that is typed October 8, 2016 and a fast comment period that should say October 31, 2015 says October 30, 2016. Pretty sloppy for a "General Counsel"; but we are on a shoestring budget.
