Never once does SNEY say they " have sold diamonds for cash" ever. In all to typical form they use cryptic phrases to lead people to hear what they want to hear, and the money seen on the last had never been stated as coming " from the sale of diamonds " to any entity, ever.
"pleased to report the closing of its latest diamond sale in Q3 2015, the results of which will be published in the next 10Q to be filed with the SEC. Additional diamond parcels are already being assembled, and related sales are expected to close prior to year end. "
All gobbldy gook, and really borders on flat out deception.
If a co "sold diamonds for cash " and wanted to update their SH w such, then they would say it the exact way it's worded directly above: " sold diamonds for $ " and state how much. And they use phrases like " parcel" , which could be any quantity , never ever any normal specific details , that any legitimate poppet sting business would have no issue stating . " oh well they want to keep that private " , THEN WHY DID THEY MAKE A VERY PUBLIC PRESS RELEASE?
Easy answer : liquidity effort
Just simply more misleading , IMO to create an effect of liquidity , but they somehow this they will be able to side step , or bob and weave the issue should any regulatory body enquire, and that is a laughable hope. Any third rate official can clearly see the shell game semantics and only need ask a few simple questions : " how many diamonds did you sell( not " parcel" ) ? Who did you sell that specified quantity to? How much $ did you receive for said? Where is your dated receipt copy?
Those simple questions would implode this fence straddling in one fowl swoop .
Then the question/ assertion would be: " why did you use this choice of wording , it seems intentionally vague?"
Then it would be : HALT
