Regarding foreign sales; I believe that if the product is produced on foreign soil by a foreign company, that some or all of the concerns expressed regarding US Federal regulation may be mitigated or moot. Historically BORK has arrangements to manufacture product on foreign land.

Here is a good example; I understand the pesticide DDT is no longer allowed in the USA, but is still widely produced and used in other countries by companies controlled by US concerns.

Sometimes the answers to challenges, limitation, or questions are best found by takes some steps back and looking at the environment from a much more broad point of view.
