In the past I have posted my concern on what MQ mentioned as "foreign product acceptance". This is not only a 'foreign concern' but is broader issue. Based on my past manufacturing experience [Manufacturing] Process certification is required for acceptance. Most domestic as well as foreign company require, whether it be an ISO or other certified Quality Assurance process.

In BORK's previous incarnation this problem was not addressed despite my multiple attempts to have some attention focused on the problem

I am very PLEASED to hear that this 'issue' is now being addressed. . . actually pleased is an understatement. . .
