Not much chance of any of the going to happen. The feds and the SEC took their best shot and ended up with what they got. Doubt if any money will ever be paid by the insiders of SPNG - at least none of it will ever get to share holders.

Pretty much all there is to do here is for the SEC to revoke the stock and they will when all the lose strings are finally tied up by the SEC
