Bobby Farrell's reputation is squarely on the line here - he's definitely no dummy and has been at the helm of much larger more complex financial undertakings than AMBS

Problem is - without the NAS - they can't get to the institutionals that have fat wallets - which is why here is no other option to an uplisting - they simply have to list and soon
