I think the question that is unknown is what we are awarded here: will it be in the 817 million ballpark? Or more like 50 million? Or more like 2 billion? Once we get that # the stock will react accordingly. I don't think it's a slam dunk that we're awarded in the hundreds of millions range and we may only get say 50 million for Z's violation of the NDA.
