Nevada doesn't "list it like that" as I demonstrated. 
It makes no sense to split and we know PNTV is a huge diluter through death spirals, so raising the A/S is probably what was done, but can't these guys get anything right?
They're amending their articles, not doing a stock split.
And once again, let's not blame Nevada, since every other stinky pinkie seems to know how to file.
