I just don't see the trail effecting this company either way other then to legitimize that in fact it's a working company with disputes in a court of law.
That being said a favorable out come would seal the company's integrity and in fact them willing to fight it out in court goes a long way to show they have integrity not willing to roll over and pay up to shush shush bad news! ((jmo))

Also it took a push down ward over a year to get the stock to 0003 and in the last 6 months I haven't noted any significant figures of importance of this company selling below .0003 or even at .0003 to be honest once this starts to raise and it has in my opinion it will be harder and harder to get stock below .oo1 again ((jmo))!
