Why-is-Steven-Samblis attacking Larry-instead-of-ClearChannel?

IMO this is very scary. So how many words and time did Steven Samblis devote to his attacks on Larry for his Due Diligence?

Where is the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission 8K Material Event filing for the November 5th 2014 ClearChannel Press Release?


Steven Samblis makes Zero mention of the updated status of his November 2014 ClearChannel Press Release on his newly created tumblr page.....why?

Imagination TV, Inc. Retains Legal Counsel to Demand Accounting From ClearVision Airport Television Network

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Imagination TV, Inc. (otc pink:PNCH), Imagination TV. (Formerly named IC Places, Inc.) announces today it has retained the Law Office of Greg Loomis for the preservation of Imagination TV's rights under a written Content Agreement entered into on March 12, 2012 with ConnectiVISION / ClearVision Networks to run on their networks which would allow ConnectiVISION / ClearVision to broadcast Imagination TV's shows in certain Hospitals, Clinics, Doctor's Offices and Airport locations nationally.

Further, The Content Agreement's compensation clause states that "upon securing advertiser sponsorship attached to any IC Places (Currently named Imagination TV, Inc.) content; ClearVision/ConnectiVISION and IC Places will split any revenue generated from advertisers sponsorship 50%/50%. Payment upon receipt of advertising revenue." In addition, the Content Agreement permits Imagination TV to request "monthly written report[s] showing the number of locations and names of the venues where content aired and the number of viewers."

Shortly after signing the agreement, Imagination TV began to deliver episodes of The Hollywood Fast Lane and Travel Tech to air over the ConnectiVISION / ClearVision Airport Networks. Travel Tech was produced specifically my Imagination TV, Lodestar Film and Tension Films for the ConnectiVISION / ClearVision Airport Networks.

"We relied on the revenue potential the ClearVision/ConnectiVISION offered us." said Steven Samblis, Chairman of Imagination TV. "We produced and delivered content specifically for the Airport Network at a great expense. Shareholders over the years have ask us where the revenues are from this agreement and all the work we put into it. We can offer no answers because we have no way to knowing what we may be owed because they refuse to offer us any type of accounting. All we are asking for is the broadcast history related to our Content in order to determine what revenues are due to us."

Wait.....is Steven Samblis lying? I thought he said years ago that ClearChannel built a studio for him? How was it a great expense for Steven Samblis?


But in 2015 with his company at ZERO Bid, currently ZERO Volume, ZERO current U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Filings it appears that CEO Steven Samblis has chosen to do things like this instead.......

How come CEO Steven Samblis isn't as obsessed with missing ClearChannel revenue as he is with Larry and his name? How is this helping investors who have lost money due to his actions and public promises?

Has CEO Steven Samblis flat out lied about taking legal action against ClearChannel for the missing revenue that he told the world his company was going to generate??

It is sad that Investors who have supported him, defended him against the naysayers, tattooed his company's logo on their body parts and even some who have sadly passed away waiting for his much touted promises to bear fruit have to bear witness to Steven M Samblis antics as the CEO of a publicly traded company....who IMO just simply doesn't care and refuses to taken accountability for his faults. IMO if you present Steven M Samblis with real questions and facts he simply goes into denial and attack mode....amazing
