"Ever seen a Ponzi Scheme in the making? "

Not in the making I haven't...but this looks to be my 1st unfolding of a suspected scheme. You also know that in a Ponzi scheme they take down all parties that were complicit in it as well. So promoting and perpetuating a crime such as a Ponzi scheme is just as likely to have exposure to the consequences as the CEO... i.e. Madoff's sons and his CFO went down with the ship.
