The Tech has always been a cover to sell shares and create interest. Tying in with Universities, the Porsche flashlight, the military deal all just there to make them look legit. So now they look like they are selling a product they branded to make them look legit. Which is the most legit since he took over the company that started it all to begin with. If these products are that good he should take that division public and split it off and just bankrupt the old XDSL or do a massive reverse split. There must be a reason he's not.
