Just looked at the filing and it looks like a regular 2:1 split, not a reverse split.
Previous Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 600,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 Par Value Shares: 25,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 625,000.00 New Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 1,200,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 Par Value Shares: 50,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 1,250,000.00
But I'm wondering if it's really a stock split where they will issue 2 shares for every one held or it's an increase in the A/S, though it clearly states stock split.
However it does not appear to be a reverse split.
Competing is intense among humans, and within a group, selfish individuals always win. But in contests between groups, groups of altruists always beat groups of selfish individuals.
