And if evil ISIS leaders were in any doubt that the Russian means business, they could do a lot worse than watch this staggering video.

It shows the 63-year-old, who has launched a blitz of more than 50 airstrikes against the terror regime in recent days, directly confronting Russian oligarchs and ranting at them that they are good for nothing COCKROACHES.

In the incredible footage, Putin humiliates Oleg Deripaska, one of the world's richest men with a fortune of $6m, and treats him like his personal lapdog.

It was filmed on a tour of Pikalevo, a struggling factory town where families had been venting their anger over job losses and unpaid wages.

Putin swooped in after angry protesters caused a 250-mile long traffic jam demanding they were paid what they were owed - prompting concerns at the Kremlin it could lead to civil unrest.

In a televised visit to the town's cement factory, a stern-faced Putin ordered owner Deripaska - who runs one of the largest commodities firms in the world - to accompany him.

An angry Putin demanded: “Why has this factory been so neglected?”, as Deripaska hangs his head in shame.

Later, sitting at a boardroom table, Putin gives the assembled oligarchs and business owners a dressing down.

A visibly furious Putin tells them: “You ran around like cockroaches when I said I was coming.

“You have taken these people hostage with your ambition, incompetence and pure greed.

“These are thousands of lives. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

“If you owners can’t come to an agreement, then this factory will be restarted.

“One way or another we will do it without you.”

Referring to an agreement in front of him that promised all outstanding wages would be repaid, he said: “Did everybody sign it? Deripaska, have you signed it?’

When the businessman said he had, Putin replied sharply: “I can’t see your signature.”

Deripaska is then humiliatingly ordered to walk around to Putin, where he reluctantly picks up his pen and signs the document.

However as he walks away, Putin commands: “Give me back my pen.”
